Your Outward Living in Christ

Christ’s vision is the world. After stating all that we are and have in Christ, Paul turns us outward to those who still need Christ. First, Paul urges us to pray outward…to pray for God to open doors through which we can proclaim Christ and for our speaking to be clear. Second, Paul encourages us to be mindful of how we walk as Christians, always striving to walk in wisdom toward outsiders so that we make the best use of our time and missional opportunities. Lastly, Paul directs us to guard our tongues, making sure that our words are gracious, seasoned with salt, so that we know how to constructively answer both skeptics and rejectors.
