Lucy Pagels is offering 6 weeks of “FREE” sessions of Pilates to members and non-members of St. Peter. Lucy has worked in the physical fitness industry for the past 30 years. She is fully certified in Pilates, as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Clinical Massage Therapist and Body Ball Rolling Instructor. She has brought Pilates to Harper Collage where she’s been teaching for the past 16 years and now she is bringing Pilates to St. Peter.
Pilates is for every “body”, young, old, in shape or out. Everyone regardless of age or physical limitations, can use the Pilates method (you work with your body, not against it). Benefits include improved breath control, help healing soft tissue injuries, stress reduction, improved self-image, increased flexibility, strength, muscular balance, coordination and more.
Participants will need to bring their own exercise (yoga) mat to class and wear comfortable, movable, loose fitting clothes–no shoes required.
